I DRANK A COFFEE & HAD A

PANIC ATTACK

IN THE AIRPORT.

Then I switched to Decaf.

Eventually, I got my pour-over obsessed husband to make the switch too. We realized that the best Decaf coffees can taste just as good as regular high quality coffee. But people didn’t know this.

AT OUR LOVE FOR DECAF.

And for good reason– Decaf has been horrible for decades. But times are changing.

Better Decaf tech and more demand has resulted in a niche (but growing) market for amazing Decaf coffee. For most specialty coffee companies Decaf is an afterthought.

We thought to ourselves, “why can’t the coffee industry be more like the beer industry?” It’s easy to find great tasting 0% and 3% ABV beer these days.

So, we created jitterliss, where Decaf and low caff (and all its amazing health benefits) are the main attraction.
